TripGain Showcases Next-Gen Travel Innovation at India Digital Summit 2026

The India Digital Summit (IDS) 2026, IAMAI’s flagship platform for India’s digital ecosystem, brought together policymakers, industry leaders, and technology innovators in Bengaluru on 29-30 January. With thousands of attendees, multiple thought-leadership sessions, and a strong focus on AI-led transformation, IDS 2026 served as a key forum for conversations shaping the future of digital businesses.
TripGain was proud to participate as an exhibitor at the Summit, engaging with hundreds of visitors over the two days. The steady footfall at the TripGain stall reflected growing interest from enterprises seeking smarter, more integrated approaches to managing end-to-end travel and expense (T&E) workflows-from booking to expenses and reimbursements.
Adding to TripGain’s presence at the event, Founder Sudheer Reddy participated in a panel discussion alongside industry veterans, sharing perspectives on Next-Gen Consumer Journeys. The session explored how AI agents are evolving into intelligent assistants across discovery, negotiation, and purchase, enabling more contextual, real-time decision-making and reshaping how users interact with enterprise systems.
At the exhibition stall, conversations consistently centered around end-to-end T&E automation, with visitors highlighting the operational strain caused by manual expense processing and audit-heavy workflows. Many discussions went beyond functionality to outcomes, with attendees actively evaluating solutions based on ROI, cost savings, and stronger control over expense leakage.
A recurring insight from several interactions was the preference for technology that meets employees where they already work, rather than introducing yet another standalone application. This expectation underscored the growing importance of embedded, conversational experiences within familiar environments such as collaboration and messaging platforms.
Our intelligent automation and conversational AI drew strong interest from attendees. Live interactions highlighted how context-aware systems - guided by policies, preferences, and real-time information - can simplify travel and expense decisions while maintaining control and visibility.
Several discussions naturally moved toward in-journey support and proactive communication, with practical examples of how timely, contextual nudges can reduce friction for employees during business trips. Conversations also touched on evolving travel behaviours, including more flexible approaches that blend business and personal travel, signalling a growing expectation for programs that balance governance with employee choice.
Across demos and interactions, there was clear appreciation for solutions that modernise without disruption, particularly platforms designed to work seamlessly alongside existing enterprise systems, rather than requiring organisations to rethink their core technology stack.
TripGain extends its gratitude to everyone who visited the stall, engaged in discussions, and shared insights at IDS 2026. The breadth and depth of conversations at the Summit reinforced the growing demand for intelligent, AI-powered T&E solutions that combine automation, flexibility, and measurable business value - principles that continue to guide TripGain’s product vision.
